- Assess the possibilities. What does 2018 hold in store for you? Schedule a chat with your supervisor and discuss the big picture. What are your goals for the year? How will you develop as a professional? How will you stay motivated and challenged?
- Gather information from trusted sources. Pick a few individuals you admire and ask to speak with them about what they love (and don't love!) about their jobs, as well as how they made the journey to their current positions.
