Important reminders for the end of the semester!

End of Semester Student ORganization Updates April 14, 2023

Hello Student Leaders!  We wanted to send a few end of the semester reminders your way!  Today is the Last Day to Reserve Space & Make Purchases All student organization space reservations in ReserveTufts and JumboLife event registration forms need to be placed TODAY prior to 4pm. After 4pm, student organizations will lose access to the reservation system.  TCU Treasury purchases for end of semester events must be made by TODAY, April 14th  Last Day to Host Events The final day for student organizations to host events or meetings is the last day of classes, May 1. Student organizations are not permitted to host any events, in-person or remote, during reading days or final exams. Programming during Senior Week is only permitted for the Tufts University Social Collective.  JumboLife Transition for 2022-2023 On April 17th, all student organizations will be put into transition on JumboLife. This will allow student leaders to complete the transition form and update admin access for next fall's officers.  When completing the transition form, please input the contact information and roster for next year's officers. Do not complete the transition form until next year's executive board has been selected. Please complete before seniors with Jumbolife admin access graduate. In order to receive TCU funding and remain in good standing with OCL, organizations must complete their transition form by August 15th.  Leadership Transition Workshop Tue, April 18th | 6:30pm | Barnum LL08 A comprehensive leadership transition is one of the best ways to set your organization up for success in the future! Join OCL for some tips and tricks on effective leadership transition, archiving organizational wisdom and history, and creating a transition framework for your org to use in the future. In addition to receiving resources, student leaders will have time and space to begin writing up and compiling transition materials, leaving the workshop with tangible tools!  Register Here Tufts University Calendar Survey  The Tufts Technology Services team is evaluating our current online calendars and would like your help! TTS is looking to gather your insight on the effectiveness of our various calendars. Please take this 3 minute survey before next Friday, April 21st. Your input would be greatly appreciated!  You may answer as few or as many questions as you wish.
