The Infrastructure Fee on your monthly bill is now referred to as the Roadway Improvement Fee so residents have a better sense of how this fee is used to serve the community. The Roadway Improvement Fee offsets the cost of maintaining the city’s roadways such as streetlighting, repaving streets and sidewalks, and traffic signal maintenance.

30-31 DAY METER READING
Starting this month, all residential properties and a limited set of small businesses who are using our new digital water meter will be billed on a regular monthly interval much like your other utilities, credit cards, or mortgage. Your bill will reflect your monthly consumption for the previous 30–31 days, with the exception of February being 28–29 days. Previously, the city billed you between 27–33 days of use based on the date your water meter was read by an employee.
