This week is finals week at U of A--please pray for our leaders to absorb what they need to and not be stressed. I'm really proud of them--even though it's crazy-time for them, they have been working really hard to ask high school kids to sign up for weekend camp in January (MLK Weekend at Clearwater Cove, Jan 14-16), and as we result, we had to scramble and find more spots because what we reserved was too low. Another example of how God is far bigger than what we think.

For me, this is a wonderful reminder that "God is always more than you think, and our interpretation of God is only ever wrong when we imagine God to be unloving in some way. But however we imagine God, it is always less and smaller than the truth." (Advent: Catholic Reflections. You Version Bible App)

Let us join together in praying that our kids, age 12-22, would see with fresh eyes that God is truth and love and that Jesus is proof of that this Christmas season.

The Word became flesh and blood and moved into the neighborhood. We saw the glory with our own eyes, the one-of-a-kind glory, like Father, like Son, generous inside and out, true from start to finish.
