Atlanta history is rife with achievements from the Black community, and history continues to be made here today. Meet a few Yellow Jackets whose aspirations and actions are making a difference both on campus and beyond.

John McDonald, emeritus professor in the School of Biological Sciences and founding director of Georgia Tech’s Integrated Cancer Research Center, has been named one of “Today’s Innovators” in cancer care by the Georgia Center for Oncology Research and Education.
|
|
|
|
Georgia Tech faculty, staff, and students are invited to volunteer as judges for the K-12 InVenture Prize Competition, where students identify real-world problems and design novel solutions through analysis, creativity, and the engineering design process.
