We hope you’re taking advantage of all the resources available to help you make informed decisions about your benefits during Open Enrollment (OE).  As a reminder you still have another opportunity to attend the Medical Plan & Non-Medical Plan Changes webinar on November 13th from 3:00-4:30 p.m. (PST) where we will cover important changes to your medical and non-medical benefits.

If you are unable to attend, a recording will be available on the HCF YouTube channel starting Nov 17th. 

Here's what you need to know:

• Considering a change to your medical plan? We highly recommend attending the webinar or watching the recording. You can find the Zoom link to the Nov 13th webinar and helpful plan information and other resources in the OE Event Flyer.
• Happy with your current plans? If you are enrolled in HealthNet Blue & Gold, Kaiser or UC Care and are satisfied with your plan, you do not need to take any action.  
• Enrolled in CORE or UC Health Savings? If you are currently enrolled in either the CORE or UC Health Savings medical plans and you don't make any changes during OE, you will be automatically defaulted into the new HealthSavings+ plan.
• Flexible Spending Accounts: If you want to continue to enroll in a Health Flexible Spending Account (FSA) or Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account (FSA), you must re-enroll each year during Open Enrollment to ensure the continuation of pre-tax contributions.
