Did you know that you can receive updated Deermeadows prayer requests in your email Inbox? The church uses this as a way for everyone to be praying for the church and family members. The Deermeadows Prayer Guide is emailed on Mondays & Fridays.
Regular food distribution hours on Tuesdays (2pm-4pm) & Thursdays (9:30am-11:30am) continue in addition to these drive thru events. If you would like to contribute financially to the Food Pantry funds, over and above your regular Deermeadows commitment, you may make a check out to Deermeadows and put “Food Pantry” on the memo line, or click HERE and select Benevolence Fund where indicated. (We are asking at this time that all donations be monetary instead of dry and canned goods.) Thank you for your faithful support of this amazing ministry!
Do you sew? You can help! One way you can make a difference during this time is to utilize your sewing skills to make face masks. Deermeadows will help get these distributed to people who need them! Interested? Email makemasks@yahoo.comto join this group.
Young & Median Adults
College Graduates If you have a graduating college student, or know a student connected to Deermeadows that is graduating with an undergraduate, graduate, or doctoral degree in 2020, please let us know! We need their name, school, major, and a short description of their future plans. You can send this info to Carla Freyre at cfreyre@deermeadows.org. The deadline for submitting the info is June 20th. Graduates will be recognized in worship on June 28th.
