What if I do not take any action?
Suppose a student fails to complete their certification by September 13th. In that case, they will be denied access to campus, campus facilities, and related activities that require face-to-face interaction (e.g. internships, field or clinical placements, club sports, etc.).
Emails will be sent to instructors for online classes or have an online component (e.g. hybrid or Herky Flex), on-campus supervisors for campus jobs, and coordinators for placements.
If students still have not certified by September 27th, the fall census date, all in-person courses, courses with face-to-face components, and campus-related activities will be administratively dropped.
Will I owe money to the University if I'm dropped?
If your courses are administratively dropped, you could lose eligibility for financial aid and potentially owe prorated registration fees and/or financial aid over awards to the university.
