SCHULICH ALUMNI NEWSLETTERMarch 2023
| |
| Greetings fellow Schulich Alumni,
I cannot believe we are almost one-quarter of the way through 2023. Together with the Office of Advancement and Alumni Engagement, we have been very busy setting up lots of ways for you to interact with each other and it’s been exciting to participate and experience the energy. I think many have been craving the opportunity to reconnect with our friends and colleagues in the Schulich community.
In addition to our visits to the San Francisco Bay Area, Los Angeles, and Miami in February (thanks to all who came out!), we are planning visits to our European Schulich community in Paris, Frankfurt and London at the end of March. And we will visit Montreal and Ottawa at the end of April. Western Canada and Schulich community in Asia – look for us in the Fall, both, for in-person, and virtual events! I truly enjoy these visits, and I am always so impressed and gratified by the interest of our alumni base in helping both the students and each other by sharing knowledge and opportunities.
On May 6th, we will finally return to an IRL version of our marquis alumni event – CONNECT '23. This year our theme is “What’s Next” and it is an opportunity for many of us to reset, reignite and reunite in Toronto. We have a thought-provoking and skill-sharpening lineup that you won’t want to miss, so I hope to see you there. To secure your super saver early bird ticket, please click here.
As always, we look forward to connecting with you as we continue to strengthen our valued Schulich Global Alumni Network. Please reach out if you want to get further involved.
Pam Laycock (MBA '89)
