We wanted to send a few resources and reminders your way! 
Community Benefits Report
Tell the story of how your student organization is making an impact in the community! The Tufts Goverment & Community Relations team is compiling their annual community benefit reports to report to the city of Boston, Medford, and Somerville. 
Government & Community Relations would like to include student organization nonprofit donations and volunteer hours that occured between January 1st, 2022 and December 31st, 2022. Document the great work your org is doing in the community by providing details in this spreadsheet by Friday, April 7th. 
All student organizations that participate will be entered into a raffle for a chance to win a $100 pizza party courtesy of Government & Community Relations. 
Student Organization Awards
Nominations for the annual Student Organization Awards are due April 3rd at 11:59pm. The annual Student Organization Awards Ceremony will be hosted in Alumnae Lounge on April 26th at 12pm.

Last Day to Host Events
The final day for student organizations to host events or meetings is the last day of classes, May 1. Student organizations are not permitted to host any events, in-person or remote, during reading days or final exams. Programming during Senior Week is only permitted for the Tufts University Social Collective. 
Last Day to Reserve Space & Make Purchases
All student organization space reservations in ReserveTufts and JumboLife event registration forms need to be placed prior to 4pm on April 14th. Student organizations will lose access to the system after this deadline. 
TCU Treasury purchases for end of semester events must be made by April 14th. 
2023-2024 Student Leadership Transition via JumboLife
On April 17th, student organizations that transition leadership between the Spring and the Fall semesters will be put into transition on JumboLife. This will allow student leaders to complete the transition form and update admin access for next year's officers 
When completing the transition form, please input the contact information and roster for next year's officers. Do not complete the transition form until next year's executive board has been selected. In order to receive TCU funding and remain in good standing with OCL, organizations must complete their transition form by August 15th. 
Leadership Transition Workshop

A comprehensive leadership transition is one of the best ways to set your organization up for success in the future! Join OCL for some tips and tricks on effective leadership transition, archiving organizational wisdom and history, and creating a transition framework for your org to use in the future. In addition to receiving resources, student leaders will have time and space to begin writing up and compiling transition materials, leaving the workshop with tangible tools!

ORLL Summer Staff Positions
ORLL is seeking student staff to support residents living on campus this summer. There are two positions available to apply for, a Summer Community Builder position and a Summer Operations & Response Team position. Both positions will receive a room credit, 80 meals (40 per summer session) and $200 Jumbocash. Applications close at noon on Monday, April 10th.
