The Rock The Street, Wall Street team just wrapped up an energizing few days of professional development, covering everything from financial refreshers and 2025-26 curriculum updates to collaboration and trust-building.
We also celebrated that RTSWS reached over 60 student cohorts across 30 cities this past academic year and are looking to the school year ahead. By investing in our own growth, we amplify our impact in the communities we serve and we’re excited to carry that momentum forward alongside our volunteers, sponsors and talented students.

RTSWS Student Wraps BMO Capital Markets Internship

| RTSWS alum Mosammad K., now a sophomore at Fordham University’s Gabelli School of Business, recently completed her freshman summer internship at BMO Capital Markets.
Through BMO’s Launch Program, Mosammad rotated across three divisions: Global Markets (Leveraged Finance and Structured Credit), Corporate Banking, and Investment Banking (Technology). She wrapped up her summer with a stock pitch on Dexcom, presented to senior leaders as part of her capstone project.

Reflecting on the experience, Mosammad shared, “Seeing how traders make decisions in real time and how the team’s materials were used in client meetings the next day made the work feel incredibly meaningful. This internship confirmed my interest in Global Markets, and I’m excited to keep exploring the field as I prepare for recruitment. RTSWS played a key role in getting me here, especially through its connection to the Atlas Fellows program. It’s incredible to see how each step has shaped my path and I’m excited to see where it’ll all take me next.”
