This year, RTSWS is celebrating 15 years of helping students build financial knowledge, explore careers and see what is possible across the capital markets.

Since our founding in 2012, RTSWS has served more than 10,000 students across the US, Canada and the UK with support from leading financial, fintech and technology firms.

The results continue to show the strength of that work. RTSWS’ most recent student cohorts demonstrated a 79% increase in financial and investment literacy, based on a three-year weighted average. RTSWS alumni also pursue finance-related degrees at five times the US national average for women.

As we continue our Summer in Finance series, we are highlighting RTSWS students and alumni who are building skills, expanding their professional networks and exploring career paths through internships and other professional experiences.
