Dear Employer Partners,
Welcome to the first edition of the Endicott Experiential Edge Employer Newsletter!
You may be wondering what we mean by the “Endicott Experiential Edge”. Experiential learning is the core of Endicott’s mission; as the first school in the country to require three internships for every student, the College was founded on the principle of learn by doing. This pioneering approach to education assures that our students graduate with an outstanding education in the classroom and practical, real-world experience outside of it. Our graduates are prepared and ready to work, giving them a competitive edge in the job market and giving their new employers an edge with experienced new hires who can make an impact from day one.
Endicott’s unique model has resulted in national recognition from U.S. News & World Report and LinkedIn, as well as strong career outcomes for our graduates. With such a significant focus on experiential learning, you—our employer partners—are a critical component of our students’ success.
We decided to launch this newsletter for three main reasons: 1) to share our recruiting events and other opportunities to engage with Endicott students; 2) to highlight the amazing work our students are doing at their internships and the outstanding experiences that our employer partners provide; and 3) to share resources that we hope you will find beneficial in working with our current students and new graduates.
Thank you for taking the time to read our newsletter. We plan to send it quarterly and welcome any feedback you may have. And we very much look forward to engaging with you soon!
Best regards and happy holidays,
Dale McLennan, Dean, Internship & Career Center
Brenda Campbell, Senior Director of Employer Relations

Devon Burke ‘25 took advantage of Endicott’s Experiential Edge program, which helped land him an internship in Ireland at Stryker, one of the world’s leading medical technology companies. Read about his overseas internship experience, what he learned about the importance of collaboration, and how this experience gave him a new global perspective.
Endicott College photography major Catherine Scarantino ’25 turned her passion into opportunity—capturing game days with the New York Mets, staging editorials in Florence, Italy, and gaining valuable career advice through the Endicott Experiential Edge. In this Q&A, Catherine talks about turning passions into professions, how one internship connection led to another dream job, and how her experiences have both challenged her and built her confidence.

Miriam Macedo, Director of People & Culture at Virtual, Inc., partnered with the Internship & Career Center to co-host a LEGO Serious Play Skill Shop. Miriam guided students through creative LEGO prompts, encouraging them to tell the stories behind their builds, listen to one another, and experiment with new ways of thinking about their strengths. Students used LEGO bricks to reflect on what they learned from their internships or volunteer work, to think about the types of work that energized them, and to identify steps toward their career goals.
