» Nacho Average Diet: If you've seen Tim McGraw in concert lately, you've seen the results of Tim's strict diet and workout regimen. McGraw wrapped his Sundown Heaven Town Tour last Saturday (8/9) in Houston, TX. He went out with a bang, even throwing in a surprise appearance from wife Faith Hill, who joined him onstage to sing their current single "Meanwhile Back At Mama's." But judging from the celebratory picture he tweeted after the show, the fitness buff looks pretty thrilled to be eating a little junk food for a change. We doubt this means the end of McGraw's Paleo diet and three-times-a-day, 90-minute workouts, but hey, we all have to indulge every now and then!

» Just Chillin' It: What started as a way for a Boston-area ALS patient and his family to raise awareness about the disease has gone viral, with more than 68,000 YouTube videos posted. It's called the Ice Bucket Challenge and it involves getting doused with a bucket of ice water on video or making a donation to the ALS charity of your choice.

A Boston radio station challenged Dierks Bentley and Cole Swindell. Then Swindell threw the gauntlet to Luke Bryan, and Bentley – who was also challenged by Chase Rice – challenged Kip Moore and The Cadillac Three, who then dared Jake Owen and the Brothers Osborne. Other artists who've been challenged include Josh ThompsonLee Brice, Tyler FarrAmerican Young's Jon Stone, Randy Houser and Jerrod Niemann. To follow the chilly internet equivalent of a chain letter, search #IceBucketChallenge or watch here.

Then she shared a photo of a polaroid camera, with her phone's clock displaying 5:00. The last clue, a screen shot of the Yahoo! logo, preceded Swift's Aug. 11 big reveal: she'll be doing a worldwide live stream on Yahoo! Aug. 18 at 5pm ET in New York City. No official word yet on what she'll say, but the last time she held a similar event was August 2012, during which she revealed the Red album and The Red Tour. You can watch the stream here — and get info on how to attend in person here.

» That's What I Like About Food: "First of all, we're musicians, so there's no 'routine.' All those years of three girls and their activities? Even with only one still at home, there are a million things going on every night." That's Trisha Yearwood, who covers the September issue of Woman's Day magazine. In the feature, she talks about curbing weeknight chaos and spending more time as a family eating healthy meals. She even shares some recipes. It'll be on stands Tuesday (8/12). More here.

» Brooks Report: Garth Brooks will play three shows in Atlanta, the second stop on his Garth Brooks World Tour. In addition to the originally scheduled Friday Sept. 19 show at 6:30pm, he's added a 10:30pm set to that date and another Sept. 20. As of this writing, none of the shows were completely sold out, but a message on the Ticketmaster website warns, "not many left" for all three shows. Get yours while they last here.
