Perhaps there is a business you frequent or have a personal contact with which would help connect the business to the 4-H mission and leverage a donation.
The Silent Auction Committee is also seeking interested adults to join the committee in progress, assist with set-up & take down of the auction at the fair, and/or taking shifts at the fair, monitoring the tables during auction hours to assist fairgoers.
The 4-H Silent Auction money raised in Washington County assists youth members with programming costs. A few examples include scholarships for state and national educational trips, and reducing the registration cost of summer camp.
