Once a year NALC brings together our community to recognize the adult learners who quietly strive to improve their lives through literacy, the volunteer tutors who help them, and our dedicated staff.
Join us this year at Family & Children’s Service on Saturday, November 2nd, from 11:00 am - 1:00 pm. This is a potluck event, so be sure to bring your favorite dish! We can't wait to be in community with you.

The NALC team had a murder mystery team bonding party! Staff members gathered to bond, share a meal, and figure out whodunnit! Congratulations to Crystal Gimesh for best costume and Rene Dillard for solving the mystery first!

Southern Festival of Books is BACK! October 26th and 27th
|
The Southern Festival of Books is one of the oldest literary festivals in the country, annually welcoming hundreds of authors and thousands of visitors to downtown Nashville each October. Stop by and find NALC at booth #71, right across from the Tennessee State Museum.
