Phase 3

Hamilton County Schools will continue to follow the Phase 3 schedule through Oct. 8. Schools will remain open five days a week for on-campus learning and follow the normal bell schedule. Some schools may experience temporary building closures accompanied by remote learning if there is a confirmed COVID-19 case.

Fall Break will take place Oct. 9 through Oct. 19. The phase schedule for Oct. 20 through Oct. 30 will be announced on Friday, Oct. 9.

Now that schools have been open for more than a month, the district has enough data about student and teacher absences to start tracking that trend as part of our phase considerations. To view the latest phase tracker, visit www.hcde.org/reentryplan.

Quarter 1 Exhibit Night

Because of social distancing and gathering guidelines, our end of quarter 1 exhibit will be virtual. We will host our 1st quarter exhibit or celebration of learning on Thursday, October 8th via a Zoom call (similar to our Meet and Greet). Each homeroom teacher will host a Zoom call (link will be shared in the Monday Memos in the coming weeks) where they will go through a Padlet of student work and allow students to briefly explain the piece.
Lower School: 5:30 - 6:15
Upper School: 6:20 - 7:05
If you would not like your child’s work displayed on our virtual platform, Padlet and Zoom, please let your homeroom teacher know by September 30th.
