Eligibility Rules

All raffle participants must be:

physically in the State of Oregon at the time of purchase, and

at least 21 years old to purchase tickets and/or win

Restrictions: A maximum of 500 total tickets will be sold. Ticket sales end on Sunday, May 12, 2024 at midnight. The drawing will take place by random number generator on Monday, May 13, 2024, 12:30pm at Edwards Center Offices. The winner does not need to be present to win. The total prize is valued at approximately $1,100. The winning number will be announced on Facebook and Instagram following the drawing. The lucky winner will be contacted by phone/email to coordinate prize delivery (in the greater Portland area).
