The Wildfire Resilience Assistance Program (WRAP) has reopened for a 2025 cycle! The WRAP is a financial assistance program that exists to help property owners implement wildfire resilience efforts to their home and land. After a successful pilot year in 2024, a few changes have been made. Up to $2,000
Is a Detailed Home Assessment (DHA) still a requirement?
Yes. Your property will need a DHA that was provided November 13, 2023-current.
What property types are eligible?
All property types within the defined Wildland Urban Interface are now eligible.
The program also has an option for those who may need upfront funds to afford the project rather than reimbursement.
