Important Information Regarding HS LEAP Testing |
ULS will administer the English I & II LEAP tests from 7:45 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, April 2nd. To maintain a secure and distraction free testing environment, we ask that students do not check out prior to the 1:00 p.m. dismissal. Likewise, students should make every effort to be on time and to be at school that day. Not only are these tests required to graduate, but they also count towards the student’s final grade.
On test day, students should arrive rested and prepared with the following items:
1) Two, sharpened pencils
2) Optional wristwatch to keep track of time (must not beep or have internet access)
3) Optional snack (no nuts)
All other belongings, including cell phones and smart watches, should be left in the students’ lockers or in the hallway.
Parents and students are encouraged to visit the Parent Guide to the LEAP Practice Tests for more information.
For questions, please contact Angela Murray at amurray@lsu.edu or (225) 578-9159.
