Wrap up your indoor triathlon training with the final indoor Tri of the Tri Cities Tri series! See how much you have progressed through the season at the Dow Bay Area Family YMCA !

Triathlon format:

Swim 20 minute
Bike 20 minutes
Run 20 minutes
*10-minute transition from swim to bike
*5-minute transition from bike to run

Registration Fee: $30

Mother's Day Paint & Take!
Saturday, May 19th

Let’s face it, Moms rule! Join us for a Mother/child painting event with Studio 23! Spend some qualitytime relaxing with Mom while learning to paint, enjoying delicious treats, and decorating a few cupcakes along the way. Perfect for ages 5-12. No experience necessary. Aunts, Grandmas,and other important role models welcome.

Y-Member $20 per couple, Additional $10 Per Child
Prospective Member $30 per couple, Additional $10 Per Child

Free post-race Family Fun Fest

The Family Fun Fest is free to the whole community and includes a silent auction, games, face painting, hair wraps, balloon twisting, bubble blowing, corn hole / can jam, henna tattoos, coconut bowling, a bounce house and so much more!

All proceeds from the event go to the Dow Bay Area Family YMCA Financial Assistance Program.
