Dear TMI Families,
Midterm exams take place on Tuesday, December 16th, through Thursday, December 18th. Please read the information below carefully, as it includes details about schedules and dress expectations for exam week.
Reading Day - Monday, December 15th
Reading Day has returned! This half-day provides students with time to prepare for exams and meet with teachers.
Middle School
|
- Students will meet with teachers remotely via Zoom.
- Teachers will offer individual appointment slots and, in some cases, optional group study sessions.
- Each teacher will communicate directly with students regarding available times.
|
- Students may meet with teachers either in person (by appointment or walk-in, as availability allows) or via Zoom.
- Attendance on Reading Day is optional.
|
*Please note that Reading Day is not an Instructional Day. No classes will meet, and attendance is not taken. Middle School students who choose to participate will do so entirely remotely, while Upper School students will come to campus only if they have a meeting with teachers.
Exams - Tuesday, December 16th - Thursday, December 18th
Teachers will notify students of their exam locations, which may differ from regular classroom spaces. Students should arrive at least 10 minutes before each exam.
|
-
Students who have two exams in one day must remain on campus between exams.
- Drop-off and pick-up will take place at Panther Park.
- If a student does not have an exam during a scheduled time block, they do not need to come to campus.
