SENATE APPROPRIATORS PUSH FORWARD ON FY24

As reported by POLITICO Pro, Senate appropriators aim to hold more markups this week for several more FY24 bills after knocking out the approval of Military Construction-VA and Agriculture-FDA. Appropriations Chair Patty Murray (D-WA) is expected to gain full committee approval for eleven out of the dozen FY24 appropriations measures.

HOUSE RULES COMMITTEE TAKES ON FY24 NDAA

The House Rules Committee is set to consider the FY24 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) today, and the legislation is expected to be brought to a floor vote later next week. Meanwhile, today the Senate Armed Services Committee also released the bill text for the FY24 bill.
