Boulder Chamber Transportation Connections Expands EcoPass Support to Downtown and University Hill Business Districts |
The City of Boulder and Boulder Chamber Transportation Connections (BCTC) announced an expansion of services that will bring enhanced EcoPass support to businesses in the Downtown (CAGID) and University Hill (UHGID) general improvement districts. Employees in CAGID and UHGID will continue to receive the same EcoPass benefits they currently enjoy, including unlimited access to all RTD services within the district-funded area. The change affects only the administrative support structure, with BCTC now serving as the primary point of contact for businesses and employees.
BCTC Will Provide:

Streamlined digital pass activation and setup assistance
- Dedicated transportation specialists available by phone and email
- Ongoing support to help Downtown and University Hill employees maximize the use of their EcoPasses to get to work
