Review the Academic Calendar
It's hard to believe we are already through the first 6 weeks of Fall 2020 and that midterms are coming up. Be sure to review your courses' syallbi and be clear on the dates for assignments and exams. Midterm grades will be released in the coming weeks. Make sure you are staying engaged and making academic progress from wherever you may be studying. As always, be sure to check your Miami email daily!

You must stay enrolled full-time (12 credits for undergrads; 9 credits for graduate students) to maintain your F-1 or J-1 status. Please be sure to meet with an ISSS advisor or send a message to international@Miamioh.edu before making any academic decisions that could affect full-time enrollment and legal status.

Follow all policies related to Academic Integrity at Miami!

International students can be targeted by fraudulent academic services for contract cheating. Paying for work and then submitting someone else’s work as your own is a form of cheating and plagiarism, which are violations of the Academic Integrity policy. Companies or individuals offering “homework help” or “expert tutors” may not be legitimate sources of academic support.

If you are looking for academic support resources, please contact the Rinella Learning Center. The ELL Writing Center is also available for students whose first language is not English.

Specific questions about completing an assignment should be directed to the professor and best practice is to make sure you are managing your time in order to complete assignments as outlined in the course syllabus
