UO community members with a bachelor’s degree or higher are welcome
to wear academic regalia to the ceremony.

Please RSVP as soon as possible to assist with planning for refreshments, venue capacity, and safety measures.
Employees should work with their supervisor to make plans to attend before completing the RSVP form. Supervisor approval is needed to take time away, shift schedules, or take time off to participate in either or both events.
Supervisors are encouraged to work with employees to accommodate attendance requests to the greatest extent possible.
