The Aggie Impact Award is a revered honor bestowed upon a former student of Texas A&M University. The award, sponsored by the first Constituent Network of The Association of Former Students, Texas A&M Black Former Student Network, recognizes individual persons who have made a positive IMPACT on society by setting themselves apart by excelling in their profession, their undying commitment to serving society and his/her community, and by their service to Black students, faculty, and former students of Texas A&M University.
|
This award, sponsored by the Texas A&M Black Former Student Network, is given to up-and-coming current and former students aged 30 and under who embody Aggie core values and display continual growth. Individuals recognized are emerging leaders in their profession or the Aggie community and demonstrate a desire to pay it forward to current students and future Aggies.

HONOR the past, APPLAUD the present, FUND the future. |
The Aggie Impact Gala (AIG) is a prestigious event that financially helps Black students at Texas A&M University along with honoring former Black students who have made an impact in their communities and professions.
AIG supports higher education in the community through the Aggie Impact Endowment Foundation Excellence Award, which financially supports a gap in funding for deserving Black students: future, current and transfer. The Aggie Impact Gala is a fundraising arm of the Texas A&M Black Former Student Network, a 501Β©3 recognized Constituent Network of the Texas A&M Association of Former Students.
