Exciting progress continues on our Grove Street build! Painting is done, the asphalt driveway is in place, and the storage shed is complete.

Installation of flooring, cabinets, and interior trim are in process. Each step brings us closer to completing another safe, energy-efficient, affordable home for a local family.

We are grateful to the dedicated volunteers, donors, and community partners who continue to make this build possible. Their time, talents, and generosity are helping turn this house into a home and further Habitat for Humanity–Clinton County’s mission right here in our community.

48th Annual Corn Festival

Join us this weekend at the 48th annual Clinton County Corn Festival sponsored by the Antique Power Club of Clinton County. We will be selling our delicious pulled pork sandwiches, soup beans, corn bread AND mac & cheese.

All proceeds go toward building safe, affordable, energy efficient homes for those in need right here in Clinton County. Stop by for great food for a great cause!

Dine to Donate

With the closing of the Habitat for Humanity Clinton County ReStore, we’ve lost an important source of funding for building safe, affordable homes right here in our community.

But we’re not stopping! We’re partnering with local restaurants for DINE TO DONATE! On designated days, a portion of the restaurant’s sales will be donated to Habitat for Humanity Clinton County.

You eat. They donate. We build.

National Preparedness Month

September is National Preparedness Month, a good reminder that being prepared can make a big difference when an emergency happens.

Start by knowing what types of emergencies or disasters could occur where you and your family live.

Take time this month to review your family’s emergency plan, check your emergency supplies, and learn more about the types of disasters and emergencies that could affect our area.

A little preparation today can help you and your family be ready when it matters most.

Get Ready for Winter

Early fall is the perfect time to have your furnace professionally inspected and serviced. An annual tune-up can help your heating system operate safely and efficiently while identifying potential problems before cold weather arrives.

Check your furnace filter and replace it when needed. And don’t forget to test your smoke and carbon monoxide detectors and replace batteries as necessary.

A little preventive maintenance now can help keep your home safe, comfortable, and energy-efficient all winter long.
