Dear Friends, Clients & Colleagues,

On this very special #ThankYouThursday, please join Marile and me, and ALL children's health advocates -- especialy our friends and colleagues at the American Cancer Society and American Cancer Society's Cancer Action Network (ACS CAN) as we celebrate today's Senate vote (96-1) -- a giant leap forward in the fight against childhood cancer.

We thank all our elected leaders, specially Senators Rubio and Bennett for renewing the hope of countless families throughout America by ensuring that we accelerate research in the treatment and cures for children facing this dreaded disease.

We now urge President Donald Trump to sign this legislation into law and unleash American innovation and creativity for the health and well-being of all our children.

We thank our dear friend Senator Marco Rubio for taking to the United States Senate floor to urge support for the RACE for Children Act (Research to Accelerate Cures and Equity for Children Act) -- legislation that will provide children battling cancer with more innovative and promising treatment options.

Our work with the American Cancer Society and Miami Children's Hospital Foundation, and most importantly -- having been blessed with five healthy children -- has inspired Marile and me to tirelessly advocate for this life-saving legislation.

Today, our prayers and hard work for children has paid off!  

As a Board Member of ACS CAN -- the nation's leading advocacy organization working to save lives from cancer -- I am so proud of the impact WE all have had in leading this fight to end the suffering from cancer. 

Thank you to all Children's advocates, my friend and collegue ACS CAN President, Chris Hansen, and colleagues at ACS CAN who boldly and passionately fight this important battle -- each and every day!

Today, we have been reassured that by the Grace of our Heavenly Father and our collective hard work --  children with cancer will not only survive, but thrive!   

Finally, as you reflect on your own blessings on this day, we ask that you join us in praying for the children who have been affected with cancer and their families.

Please consider joining us in the fight to end all cancers, especially childhood cancer.
