The 2022 CA State Fair & Food Festival was a great success in attendance and food sales, after having to suspend the event in 2020 and 2021, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, in which the fairgrounds was the region’s leading response site, including testing, vaccinations and other emergency coordination. As Sacramento continues to move beyond the pandemic, Cal Expo hopes to further grow the CA State Fair & Food Festival to pre-pandemic levels.

Please read the application carefully and note that some fields have changed. Then, print, complete and return (along with your non-refundable $25 check, per booth, application fee) prior to the February 24, 2023 due date. Remember to send in your application promptly to avoid late fees!
