Devon Burke ‘25 took advantage of Endicott’s Experiential Edge program, which helped land him an internship in Ireland at Stryker, one of the world’s leading medical technology companies. Read about his overseas internship experience, what he learned about the importance of collaboration, and how this experience gave him a new global perspective.
Endicott College photography major Catherine Scarantino ’25 turned her passion into opportunity—capturing game days with the New York Mets, staging editorials in Florence, Italy, and gaining valuable career advice through the Endicott Experiential Edge. In this Q&A, Catherine talks about turning passions into professions, how one internship connection led to another dream job, and how her experiences have both challenged her and built her confidence.

| Beyond the Bot: AI Panel Discussion
|
Our Associate Provost Chris Westgate, along with the Internship & Career Center, recently hosted a new event called Beyond the Bot: Why Human Intelligence is the Ultimate Durable Skill. This AI-focused panel included Endicott alumni from the fields of Computer Science, Accounting/Finance, Communication, and Graphic Design, to discuss how AI is reshaping—not replacing—opportunities in today’s job market. They also shared how durable skills set students apart in entry-level roles, making internships all the more important. Following the panel discussion, students were invited into industry-specific breakout sessions for a deeper dive into the impact of AI.

| Endicott Sustainability Fair
|
Each year, Endicott College’s Sustainability Office hosts a career fair featuring a diverse mix of for-profit and nonprofit organizations within the sustainability field. This year’s event welcomed 22 employers to campus to connect with our students.
The fair provides an excellent opportunity for students to network, explore a wide range of career paths, and learn more about the evolving sustainability landscape. Open to all majors and class years, the event attracts organizations across industries such as clean energy, environmental and social advocacy, waste management, food science, state agencies, transportation, manufacturing, and more.

This fall, we will host Career Connections: An Industry Networking Event in the Misselwood Tent. The event is designed to help students build professional relationships, strengthen their networking skills, and connect with employer partners and alumni for potential internship and career opportunities. Focused on industries that recruit early in the academic year, the event will provide students from all majors with exposure to a wide range of career paths in a relaxed and engaging environment.

Annual Employer Appreciation Breakfast |
|
|
|
We were delighted to host our internship supervisors and employer partners for our Annual Employer Appreciation Breakfast. This year’s event featured a student panel where students shared valuable insights from their internship experiences, including the importance of onboarding, mentorship, meaningful projects, and even the impact of simple gestures like accepting lunch with a manager. It was a wonderful opportunity to connect and network with our employer partners and we truly value the partnerships.
Endicott provides the academic foundation, but it is our employers who provide the hands-on experience that helps our students develop the professionalism, confidence, and skills needed for success. The fact that 99% of our graduates are employed or in graduate school is a direct reflection of the mentorship, guidance, and education you provide to our students throughout their internships.
We extend our sincere thanks to our corporate sponsor, Windover, and greatly appreciate the longstanding partnership we have built together.
