We're actively planning our 2026 West Bend Farmers' Market season, and you are receiving this invitation for your organization to serve as one of the Host Groups for the upcoming season. The Market will run for 24 consecutive Saturdays, May 16, 2026, through October 31, 2026. (No market on July 4th).

If you are interested in serving, please complete the application form, including circling every date you are willing to act as the Host Group, as well as circle what your organization would be doing at your booth at the Market. Then mail or email the completed application to Nate Waech at events@downtownwestbend.com
For your early notice, we are planning two dates/times for the mandatory Host Group Training (dates/times may be adjusted, if necessary): Saturday, April 13, 2026, at 10:00 am at the DWBA offices in downtown West Bend and Monday, April 20, 2026, at 5:00 pm at the DWBA offices. If completing and returning the application, please indicate which ONE of the two dates you would attend the training.
