Dear Kanonkop Wine Friends
With the last of the grapes from the 2020 harvest processed on Thursday 19 March, another frantic season in the vineyards and fermentation cellar drew to a close. With the focus now shifting to the maturation cellar, all the new wines will soon be transferred to barrels, where the magic will continue for the next couple of years.
Our cellar and vineyard team will be going off on their well deserved post-harvest holiday this week, and with the COVID-19 developments our cellar door remains closed for tastings, visits and sales until further notice.
