Love is at the heart of everything we do. It’s the driving force behind our commitment to adult literacy, our partnerships with incredible nonprofits, and our shared mission to uplift families through the power of education. This Valentine’s Day, we’re celebrating the love that binds us together as a community and the hope that literacy brings to so many.
For our immigrant neighbors, adult literacy is more than just a skill—it’s a gift of opportunity, confidence, and connection. And when parents and caregivers gain these skills, they pass on the love of learning to their children, creating a beautiful cycle of growth and empowerment.
We’re especially grateful to be part of a community of nonprofits that share our passion for literacy. By working hand-in-hand with organizations focused on child literacy, we’re building a future where families can learn, grow, and thrive together. It’s a true partnership, rooted in love and a shared vision for a brighter tomorrow.
This month we've been in community with:
-Junior League of Nashville - Founded in 1922 by a group of visionary women committed to serving the Nashville community, today they continue to focus on alleviating poverty and impacting literacy. We were able to share more about our work with parents on their literacy journey.
-The Temple - Congregation Ohabai Sholom - The oldest and largest Jewish house of worship in Nashville. They've been supporters of ours for years, and welcomed us at their annual Social Action Shabbat along with other nonprofits they've supported. We're grateful for our years of partnership with The Temple.
