Running Mamas Race Training for a 5K or 10K
5K Training Dates:
August 21st - October 15th
Goal Race: Gigi's Cupcake 5K on October 15th
10K Training Dates:
August 21st - November 6th
Goal Race: Old Reliable 10K (part of the City of Oaks races) on November 6th
Training Schedule for both 5K and 10K:
Sundays, 5:00PM, Apex Community Park (2200 Laura Duncan Road)
and
Wednesdays, 6:00PM, Apex Community Park (optional group run)
