Club Leader Updates 

If your club has a checking or savings account, don’t forget to submit your Annual Financial Report and supporting documents to 4-H educator Ron Jakubisin by September 1. This keeps your club eligible for tax-exempt status under the UW Board of Regents.

Missing the deadline could mean losing that status, your funds, and even your club—so be sure to get it in on time!

Note: the WI 4-H Charter application will be posted on the WI 4-H website on September 1 and must be completed online by November 1

Message from Sarah Deheck, Wash Co Fair Park Event Coordinator:

As we are finishing up Fair Wrap-Up, we are looking forward to distributing premiums to our exhibitors. Please reply to Sarah sdeheck@wcfairpark.com or 262-677-5060 by Wednesday, August 20th to let us know if you plan to pick up all club premiums when they are ready. We are planning on the week of the 25th for pick up. At that time, we are going to be emailing exhibitors to let them know that pick-up is available. If you will be picking up as a club, we will note that in the email so your members will know not to come in for pick up individually.
