Feeling the effects of COVID-19 and need to incorporate some stress relief to jumpstart your day? Join CLRE Area Coordinator Marcella Wong for an at-home workout as she restarts her journey of incorporating wellness back into her life.

All workouts require no equipment (using your body weight) except a yoga mat (for comfort). All levels are welcome (as I will be starting as a beginner myself) and this will be a judgment-free zone.
