Submit a complete application, including an uploaded site plan and photographs, and;
Pay the accompanying fee through DevHub. (Instructions)
2. After the application has been submitted and the application fee paid, send an email to trees@portlandoregon.gov.
For applications that are complete, and where emails are received before 2:00 pm Monday-Friday, permits may be issued on the same day.
If demand exceeds capacity, permit applicants will be contacted with an application status update and estimated issuance date.
Urban Forestry reserves the right to limit Same Day Permit issuance at any time.
In the subject line of the email please include:
IVR number (seven digits)
