In an unseasonably warm November, we made many memories at Upham Woods as we welcomed our last school groups of the season. Our November visitors included 4-H Arts Camp, Baraboo High School Alternative Education Class, Syngenta, Mad City Paddlers, Badgerland Girl Scouts "STEMinists" and MacDowell Montessori. After the school visits were completed, we spent many hours getting ready for winter by moving docks and boats, moving and repairing archery equipment, and preparing snowshoes for the upcoming season! We also spent time engaging in professional development at the All-Colleague Conference in Madison and the Midwest Environmental Education Conference in La Crosse.
