Lady Cougars Ranked Nationally

The Collin College Lady Cougars were just ranked 21st in the nation in a National Junior College Athletic Association poll released Dec. 5, reflecting a positive start for the women's and men's basketball teams for 2017-18. Both carry winning records into the last month of 2017.

Are you a FIFA video game player looking to meet other FIFA players and show off your skills? Look no further gamers; Collin has got you covered. Collin’s intramural program has now created a FIFA tournament club where students can compete against one another in the popular game series.    

ESL Open House Celebrated Unity, Diversity

On Nov. 9, students left classroom challenges behind as they celebrated the ESL Open House in Collin College’s Spring Creek Campus atrium. Happy music, delicious scents, and colorful attire and artwork created an atmosphere of joy, peace and unity as hundreds of Collin College students got a glimpse of 19 other countries, including Russia, Turkey, Afghanistan and Egypt.   Read more

Students Named Coca-Cola Scholars

Three Collin College students have been named 2017 Coca-Cola Scholars. Brianna Becker and Taylor Vandersmitte were both named 2017 Coca-Cola Leaders of Promise Scholars and Mateo Rivera was named a 2017 Coca-Cola Military Leader of Promise Scholar. Each student will receive a $1,000 scholarship.      Read more
