Dear Colleagues:
Today is the sixth anniversary of my first day serving you as the president of Ball State University.
In anticipation of this occasion, I reflected on the challenges that we faced—and the successes that we achieved—over the last few years. That reflection prompted me to record a short video expressing my gratitude to you for your dedication, your creativity, and your courage.
