Using Ounce Equivalents for Grains in the CACFP Virtual Instructor-Led Training. This training aims to provide Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP) operators with the knowledge and skills to use grains ounce equivalents (oz eq).
CACFP operators will be able to determine the amount of grains for planned meals and snacks and to prepare and serve meals for children and adult participants that meet the CACFP meal pattern requirements. This is a live interactive session that will allow participants to interact with the trainers and each other. Therefore, the session will not be recorded.
