Updates, News, Requests, and Reminders
Fall MyTrack offers: Offers with a 9/16/24 start date are due by the end of the day on August 26, with all supporting documentation. We've created an Offer Review and Release Guide that lists some common issues that slow down offers after you submit them. Please read it over. We'll do everything we can to process incomplete and late offers, but can't guarantee that they'll make it to Payroll by the September deadline.
Officer of Administration performance review tracking: Banner screen PWAREVW is the university's official tracking mechanism for OA performance reviews. If you need instructions to access and use PWAREVW, there is a Service Portal article with user guide. OAs must receive a performance review at least annually.
Faculty performance review tracking: Faculty reviews are also tracked in PWAREVW. A user guide is available in the Service Portal. If you have questions about tracking performance reviews, please contact the Office of the Provost.
Save the date! Open enrollment begins October 1: The Benefits office will provide more details about what open enrollment will look like this year as further information becomes available, and will communicate with all PEBB-eligible employees. Please think of any employees who will need extra support or reminders to complete open enrollment in October and how you might help them.
