Before discussing numbers or scope of work, be sure to contact COE’s Office of Educational Research Support (COERA) during your initial idea stage. Early collaboration with COERA ensures that your proposed budget and work plan align with UT policies, avoiding surprises later on and addressing the quick pace of some funders. UT’s Office of Sponsored Projects now requires all completed proposal materials at least five business days prior to submission. To meet OSP’s five-day deadline, COERA needs time to help you submit a competitive and compliant package.
