Between 5 and 9 days after symptom onset or after initial diagnosis with SARS-CoV-2 infection, 54% of persons had positive SARS-CoV-2 antigen test results. Negative follow-up antigen test results were associated with asymptomatic infection, previous infection, and being vaccinated.
