Reverend Forrest Pritchett will give a presentation about Black Catholics in America in the Core Center and on Teams. All are welcome to this inspiring event. The event will be in person and on Teams.

Please cordially accept this invitation to celebrate Fredrick Douglass’ birthday this Valentine’s Day. We celebrate this date as a moment for creating Black history together. Seton Hall University Libraries and Research Data Services is hosting the Douglass Day transcribe-a-thon as part of collective action to recognize Douglass’ contributions and activism.

During this event BBIA's goal is to educate on Black History Month facts & African culture, provide music, dancing, food, and build community. Volunteers will participate and also help with set up, facilitation, and clean up at the Woodland Great Hall in Maplewood.

The College of Human Development, Culture, and Media (CHDCM) welcomes Jane Clementi, co-founder of the Tyler Clementi Foundation, to engage in a conversation about the importance of creating an Upstander (vs. Bystander) Culture. Learn ways to address bullying in all forms by interrupting, reporting, and supporting others.
