Dear Friend,
Today’s college students face growing financial challenges.
The cost of higher education has risen far faster than inflation, placing increasing pressure on students and their families. Starting in July, stricter limits on federal student loans will reduce access to affordable borrowing, forcing many students to turn to private lenders where interest rates are higher and approval is far from guaranteed.
For students like Deborah, these challenges are all too real.
Inspired by a healthcare internship in Vietnam, Deborah enrolled in an accelerated nursing program. But with little time to work while in school full-time and insufficient financial aid, Deborah found her options limited: Take on significant high-interest credit card debt to stay enrolled and support her living expenses, or give up her dream of becoming a nurse.

| Thankfully, Deborah found HFLS.
An interest-free College Loan allowed Deborah to remain in school and continue pursuing her degree without the burden of costly debt. After graduation, she plans to use her skills to bring high-quality healthcare to underserved communities in New York.

A college degree remains one of the most reliable pathways to opportunity and financial stability. HFLS interest-free loans are the safest, most cost-effective way for students to reach this goal without accumulating a mountain of expensive, interest-bearing debt.
Please join us in supporting the next generation of college students like Deborah. It’s your generosity that makes this work possible, and a gift of any size makes a meaningful difference.
There’s another meaningful way to support this work: help spread the word about HFLS. In doing so, you’ll ensure people in your network and community have access to safe, affordable credit when they need it most.
Thank you for helping students pursue rewarding careers, support their families, and achieve their goals.
Warmly,
