Paws on Approach

I am now full time in my parlour and am really enjoying working with Sylvia and Olga, the Tip Top Groomers experienced A TEAM!
It is very special to meet all our loyal clients and their much loved fur babies and have a hands on approach. Animals have always been my passion all my life and I am immensely blessed that my work involves loving and pampering these special souls daily.
I would like to take this opportunity to thank you all for your support and kind comments on how cute the parlour is looking and how wonderful it is to have the garden facility I created since I bought it in October 2013. I am very proud to be able to be of service to you and your pets and will continue to strive to bring service excellence to our loving and pampering of your pets.

Wag a lots
We really love supporting charities and this initiative is really amazing. A group of intellectually challenged friends are making the healthiest doggie treats which we can't get enough of!

Pet of the Month - April 2014
Now this is SPECIAL! Romeo having his love and pamper and so enjoying it. “Come on peeps - don't you think a cat should win this month?” was our question and you gave 21 PAWS UP for Romeo to be the winner!!! Ha ha – go kitty!!!
Although cats are equipped to clean themselves on their own, there are times when they really need a bath — whether they get into something very sticky or dirty, or if their coat feels oily and in need of care. Cats don’t need baths like dogs do ....... but baths do help with their dead skin and shedding issues and some of our cat clients just love to be pampered!
Enter your pet by booking an appointment and let our camera catch a MAGICAL MOMENT with them whilst they are being pampered and loved at Tip Top.
We will feature your pet on our facebook page, website and in this section on our newsletter.

If you are interested in having an animal companion, but aren't sure you are ready for the commitment, please consider fostering or volunteering at your local animal shelter.
World Donkey Day - Thursday, 8 May
May is a very special month for the donkeys at Eseltjiesrus Donkey Sanctuary... It is World Donkey Day on Thursday, 8 May.
This lovely spacious home for retired donkeys takes care of once abused or neglected animals. Often donkey's work hard as beasts of burden all their lives and then when they are no longer strong and fit enough, they are sadly neglected.
This sanctuary offers them the correct food and veterinary care and a peaceful and tranquil space in which to live out their last years. The sanctuary relies on donations to care for these gentle animals.
This month they are hosting a gala dinner at Kelvin Grove with David Kramer providing the entertainment on Wednesday, 14 May. David Kramer is the patron of the sanctuary.
If you can't attend that, then drive out to MacGregor on the weekend of 23,24 and 25 May to attend the big book fair. Lots of bargains to be found... New and second hand books to browse through and a lovely coffee shop to enjoy. All proceeds go to help the donkeys!
For more information on how to "Adopt a donkey" or how to make the sanctuary a beneficiary on your "Myschool" card see their website
