June 25 - Passing the Gavel
Eugene Southtowne Rotary will install a new president and board of directors for the club 2026-27 year, effective July 1.

Interact Award
Southtowne Rotary awarded Ella Lee of South Eugene High School’s Interact Club with the first annual Interact “Steppin’ Up Award”. Camille recommended Ella for the reward because Ella has been instrumental in the continuation of success for several of our community projects, including crafts for Head Start days, serving at Hosea House, and much more. She not only volunteered herself, but also got other kids to volunteer!

Hospital Supplies Arrive in Benin!
After 4 months on a truck, train, and ship, the donated medical supplies from area hospitals and hospice providers, have finally arrived in June at Association Saint Camille (ASC) in Cotonou, Benin.
These gifts will be utilized by the clinics and hospitals serving thousands of ASC patients each year. Supplies worth thousands of dollars were diverted from a landfill! Many thanks to the Rotarians and community volunteers who helped with the sorting, preparing, and loading in partnership between Eugene Southtowne's Hospital Supply Distribution project and CardioStart International.

A Message from Frank Lawson
To My Fellow Rotarians,
It has been a pleasure to be part of Southtowne for the past dozen years. After returning to Eugene after 30 years to serve as EWEB's CEO & General Manager, my wife and I will be moving out of Eugene this summer as part of my retirement. I appreciate all of the collaboration and learning and community good that Southtowne inspires. Thank you and best wishes!
