ANNUAL GOLF OUTING - JUNE 14TH

The 29th Annual Kids To Camp Golf Outing, presented by the Whittaker Family, will be held Monday, June 14th at RaNic (formerly Country Club of Ithaca). All proceeds will go towards summer camp programming for the youth of our community including safety and program enhancements that will provide a higher quality camp experience in 2021 and many years to come. Team registration is now open. CAMP REGISTRATION CONTINUES

Camp registration is off to a great start with enrollment numbers already exceeding last year's total camper count! Space is limited so don't wait to register. If you need financial assistance for camp, please be sure to contact Tompkins County DSS as soon as possible.

YMCA FOOD HUB

The YMCA is a neighborhood food hub in collaboration with Friendship Donations Network.

Fresh food will be available to the community Mondays and Fridays, typically from 11:30AM-5:30PM. Food donations are gladly accepted during these times as well.

Pickup will be available at our North Storage area (located to the right of the playground area). Please park in the smaller lot on the north side of the building (towards Ciao!) Please follow posted signage.

Starting Monday, April 5th we will start signing people in and will be surveying participants. We are doing this in order to secure additional financial support so that we can significantly expand the program and to ensure we are providing items that people want and need.

Please observe all CDC and County Health Department recommendations for social distancing and use of personal protective equipment to help us maintain public health and safety.

GROUP FITNESS CLASSES

Group fitness classes for the month of April are open for registration. Right now we offer Aqua Zumba, Boot Camp, Building Strength, Group Cycling, Pilates, Yoga, and Zumba. This will be the final session of the current schedule as we prepare to shake things up with more outdoor classes and new offerings. NOTES FOR LAP SWIMMERS

Closing Hour Swimmers: If you swim during the 10AM or 6PM timeslots we ask that you please try to exit the building as soon as possible following your swim so that staff are able to close and secure the building in a timely fashion.

Cancellation Policy Update: We have updated the policy to exempt individuals with chronic medical conditions who may frequently have last minute health challenges.

The Y is currently hiring for multiple positions including Welcome Center representatives, cleaners, camp counselors, swim instructors, and lifeguards.
